What You Will Be Doing

WorkPac are currently seeking a Parts Interpreter for our client based in Canning Vale. You will be the first point of contact for inbound queries relating to machinery spare parts. By providing exceptional customer service you will interpret and identify appropriate parts whilst providing thorough parts technical advice on quality Manitou and Kobelco products. Day to day you will be using electronics parts diagrams or part catalogues to identify and source parts, review customer orders ensuring correct, liaise with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for service work, liaise with the Sales Department to ensure parts and accessories are available for new machines and equipment and develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

What You Will Need

• Forklift Ticket

• Valid drivers Licence

• Parts interpreter experience and knowledge is required
